  • Franz Kozich KoschitzkyPresident & CEO

    Mr. Franz Kozich-Koschitzky studied communications in 1969. He spent one year in Cardiff, UK expanding his knowledge in electronics. In 1972, he received his trading business licenses and started a wholesale and retail business in the fashion and textile business.

    In early 1991, he started to focus on venture capital business in junior mining companies trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. Since 2005, he has been serving on the board of Richmond Minerals Inc. as a director, CEO and President. He also has been a board member and consultant of different companies.

  • Warren Hawkins, P.Eng.Exploration Manager

    Mr. Warren Hawkins received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 1989 focussing in the areas of economic geology and geophysics.

    Over the past 20 years Mr. Hawkins has provided consulting services in the areas of exploration project management, core logging, diamond drill supervision, prospecting, geophysical surveying, and property assessment filing, as well as NI 43-101 compliant report and news release preparation. Mr. Hawkins also spent 10 years as an Investment Advisor with various IIROC member firms focussing on investments in junior mining issuers. Mr. Hawkins is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101.

  • Bogdan Nitescu, Ph.D.Director

    Dr. Nitescu is a professional geoscientist who trained both as a geophysicist and as a geologist. He obtained his Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Toronto in 2004 and has expertise with geophysical interpretations of the Kapuskasing Structural Zone and the Western Superior Province.

    Since 2005, he has been actively involved in exploration work for gold, uranium, copper and diamonds with various junior exploration companies. In addition, his previous experience includes participation in government-funded research in the Bathurst Mining Camp and work as a lecturer in Geology at the University of Toronto. Dr. Nitescu is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

  • Victoria KuklinaCFO

    Ms. Kuklina is a CPA, CGA with over 10 years of financial leadership experience in various industries including mining and exploration. Victoria has effectively designed the Company’s financial systems and controls from the ground up and has established efficient processes and procedures that allow the Company to operate cost effectively.

    Victoria continues to establish accurate and competitive projections for contracts, oversee accounting and administrative functions, execute year-end procedures, financial reporting, and taxation documentation.

  • J. Andrew McQuireDirector

    Mr. J. Andrew McQuire received a mining engineering degree from Queen’s University in 1970 and went on to earn his masters degree in mining engineering in 1974, and a CMA in 1980. Between 1972 and 1978, Mr. McQuire worked with Placer Dome as a mining engineer.

    He went on to join Sunlife Financial as a portfolio manager and analyst until 1987, and was a senior gold analyst with RBC Financial Group until 1990. Mr. McQuire joined Broad Oak Associates as Executive Vice President until 1996. Since 1996, Mr. McQuire has worked as a private consultant and is a director of a number of public companies.

  • Lee BowlesDirector

    Lee Bowles is the Principal of Ironstone Capital Corporation, has been in the investment business since 1994 and has worked for several leading independent investment dealers in Toronto, New York and London in the areas of fixed income trader, investment banking and institutional equity sales.

    He is credited with helping build one of Canada’s leading resource focused investment dealers. Most recently, he provided institutional equity sales coverage with a focus on European based institutions.

  • Paul MillarDirector

    Mr. Millar has over 25 years of international real estate and finance experience having worked in New York, England, Hong Kong and now in Toronto, Canada.

    Mr. Millar holds a B.Sc. in Land Management, an M.A. in Victorian Literature from the University of London, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of London.

  • Thomas BrunnerDirector

    Mr. Thomas Brunner is 50 years old, an Austrian citizen and since 2014 his primary focus has been the Chairman & CEO of Swiss private limited company Aurex Biomining AG. (“Aurex”). Aurex is the owner of a 100% interest in Austrian Silbermine Zeiring GmbH, which is the developer of Austrian gold project Pusterwald, and former project operator of the Oberzeiring Polymetallic Project that was purchased by Canadian based Richmond Minerals Inc. on November 5, 2019. Mr. Brunner also operates his own private Austrian energy brokerage (in the areas of electricity & natural gas).

    After studying communications engineering and electronics at the Technical University of Steyr, Mr. Brunner started his own company in 1989, at that time one of the Austria’s youngest entrepreneurs at age 19. He has founded and was a partner in various other ventures, working in positions such as manager, managing director and CEO. Over the past 25 years Mr. Brunner has been a strategic investor in several exploration & mining companies in various continents around the world. During his professional career Mr. Brunner has developed fundamental geological and geophysical knowledge and is familiar with the implementation of modern exploration techniques in current exploration programs.

  • Francis Jagodits, P.Eng.Geophysicist

    Providing specifications for airborne and ground surveys, supervising and interpreting the surveys, general consulting on geophysical methods, lecturing on specific geophysical applications.     United Nations: supervising the interpretation of airborne magnetic – radiometric surveys results from Sarawak, Malaysia, setting specifications for further airborne surveying covering Sarawak, Malaysia: seminar for the members of the Geological Survey of Malaysia, Sarawak, Kuching .
