David Mitchell, Director
Mr. Mitchell has been employed in various positions within the financial services industry for approximately 20 years. In 1986, he started as an arbitrage trader on the floor of the Toronto Stock Exchange with Davidson Partners and Canarim Corporation (now Canaccord Capital Corporation). From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Mitchell acted as a registered representative with TSX firms such as Levesque Securities and Research Capital Corporation. In July 2000, he was appointed as branch manager for the retail division of Octagon Capital Corporation and eventually became a vicepresident and director of the firm.

Paul Ankcorn. President and Director
Mr. Ankcorn has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Wilfred Laurier
University (1978). Mr. Ankcorn commenced his career in the accounting department of Gulf Canada (1979 - 1986). Since then he has been actively involved in the mining industry in various positions including Treasurer, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and President. Mr. Ankcorn has served as an officer and/or director for apporoximately 25 public companies over the past 20 years. Mr. Ankcorn is presently a director of NFX Gold Inc. and Eloro Resources Ltd.

Matthew Goldman. Corporate Secretary and Director
Mr. Goldman is a private consultant with more than 10 years experience working
in the financial industry. Mr. Goldman has been employed as an investment
advisor and proprietary trader for some of Bay Street's most recognizable firms.
Mr. Goldman is currently involved in private wealth management and financial
consulting.

Andrew J. McQuire, CMA. Director
Mr. McQuire received a mining engineering degree from Queens University in
1970 and went on to earn his masters degree in mining engineering in 1974, and a CMA in 1980. Between1972 and 1978 Mr. McQuire worked with Placer dome as a mining engineer. He went on to join Sunlife as a portfolio manager and analyst until 1987, and was a senior gold analyst with RBC until 1990. Mr. McQuire then joined Broad Oak Associates as an Executive Vice President. Since 1996 Mr. McQuire has worked as a private consultant and is a director of a number of public companies.

Franz Kozich-Koschitzky. Director
Mr. Kozich-Koschitzky is a private consultant with over 20 years experience in
the financial industry and the public markets both in Canada and abroad.
